Terms of Use & Refund Policy
Effective October 8, 2026. These terms apply to Atlas Probability Intelligence human-facing probability products, including Atlas BTC 60 NOW and Forward Looking Prob Options (FLPOs).
1. Probability intelligence only
Atlas provides probabilistic market intelligence. Atlas does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice; does not direct customers to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset; and does not guarantee any market outcome, return, accuracy level, or profit.
2. Time-sensitive digital product
Atlas BTC 60 NOW is generated for a specific 60-minute forecast window at or immediately after purchase. A Forward Looking Prob Option (FLPO) reserves a future 60-minute window selected by the customer; the fresh Prob is generated at the beginning of that selected window.
3. Customer-selected FLPO window
Customers are responsible for selecting the intended date, time, and timezone. Atlas validates supported scheduling windows before checkout. At launch, FLPOs must be scheduled at least 5 minutes in advance and no more than 30 days ahead.
4. Refund policy
Because Atlas Probs are time-sensitive digital probability products that are generated, reserved, and/or delivered for a specific customer-selected market window, purchases are generally final once the paid request or FLPO reservation has been accepted by Atlas. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or where Atlas determines that a paid product could not be fulfilled because of an Atlas-controlled failure.
5. Delivery and recovery
Atlas uses multiple delivery and retrieval paths, which may include browser delivery, branded email, and a secure retrieval link. Delivery timing can be affected by third-party payment, email, network, market-data, or infrastructure services. A delivery retry or recovery should retrieve the same paid Prob rather than create a second paid entitlement.
6. Historical results
Historical examples, Featured Atlas Outcomes, direction accuracy, interval coverage, settlement comparisons, seasonality statistics, and other performance measurements describe past observations only. They do not guarantee future performance. Where Atlas publishes aggregate performance claims, Atlas aims to provide the applicable sample size, measurement date, and methodology.
7. Market-data and model limitations
Probability outputs depend on market data, model assumptions, infrastructure availability, and the conditions present when a Prob is generated. Markets can move rapidly and actual outcomes can fall outside modeled ranges.
8. Appropriate use
Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and for determining whether Atlas information is appropriate for their circumstances. Atlas should not be used as the sole basis for a financial or trading decision.
9. Changes
Atlas may update these terms as products, delivery methods, pricing, or legal requirements evolve. The version presented at checkout or otherwise made available at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
