ATLAS PROBABILITY INTELLIGENCE

Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026. This policy explains how Atlas Probability Intelligence handles information in connection with human-facing probability products and the Atlas website.

1. Information Atlas may receive

Atlas may receive information that customers provide or that is necessary to fulfill a purchase, including email address, selected timezone, selected FLPO date and time, payment-status identifiers from Stripe, and technical request information such as timestamps and delivery status. Atlas does not require customers to provide trading-account credentials or exchange passwords to purchase a Prob.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Atlas does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card credentials. Stripe may process payment and billing information under its own privacy practices.

3. How Atlas uses information

Atlas uses customer and transaction information to process purchases, generate and deliver Probs, schedule FLPOs, send purchase or reservation confirmations, support secure retrieval and recovery, prevent duplicate fulfillment, troubleshoot delivery problems, maintain records, improve product reliability, and meet legal or operational obligations.

4. Email and delivery

Atlas may use the customer email provided at checkout to send transaction-related messages, including purchase confirmations, FLPO reservation confirmations, Prob delivery, secure retrieval links, service notices, and support responses. Promotional communications should only be sent where permitted and, when required, with appropriate consent.

5. Service providers

Atlas may rely on service providers such as Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Railway for application hosting, and market-data providers used to generate probability outputs. These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.

6. Data minimization and security

Atlas aims to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for purchase fulfillment, delivery, security, accounting, troubleshooting, and product improvement. Atlas uses measures such as hashed retrieval tokens, restricted access controls, HTTPS, and protected operational systems to reduce unauthorized access risks. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Forecast and performance records

Atlas may preserve non-payment forecast records, model outputs, timestamps, realized market outcomes, settlement measurements, and performance statistics for research, transparency, reliability analysis, and historical reporting. Public examples should not intentionally disclose customer-identifying information.

8. Retention

Atlas may retain transaction and fulfillment records for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, recovery, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, legal compliance, and product-performance analysis. Retention periods may vary by record type.

9. Customer choices

Customers may contact Atlas regarding questions about information associated with their purchase or delivery. Certain records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

10. Changes

Atlas may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with an effective date.
